Hay pixel peepers-Help

I'm not great at matching up quality so thought some of you real pixel peepers might save me a lot of time and energy. Using the K10D at ISO 400 and processing the photo through Lightroom with the luminance slider set at 55 to 60 seems to get me about the same noise level as a photo shot at ISO 100.

Two questions. Does that sound right to you? And secondly, how much detail am I really losing with the ISO 400 shot that is adjusted?

Thanks for any comments,

Ken

ISO 400 isn't very noisy unless you're carefully pixel-peeping -- for a lot of use, yeah, I wouldn't worry about it.
