Need Help with UV Filter

I would like to put a UV filter over my new zoom lens. I've decided upon Hoya. The problem is this: the filters come in various levels of expense. There is the HMC (multi-coated) around $25 and the SHMC (super) around $34. My inclination is to go for the cheaper of the two but I'd like to hear from others.

As long as its multicoated you should be fine. The SHMC ofcourse will degrade IQ less and may be of better build quality but the HMC should do the job fine as well.

Thanks

I use HOYA HMC and HMC Pro. Even their low end is good.
