Have you ever successfully contacted Keh.com via e-mail?

I have sent them two e-mails (one about a week ago and the other one over a month ago) and they were just unanswered. It looks like they either ignoring e-mails or maybe their spam filter is too picky.

I just wanted to know if you ever successfully contacted them via e-mail. I know that they have lost two sales because they never answered my e-mails and I just went to local store to buy the equipment.

They have never answered a single email of mine. However they are always helpful on the 800 line.

They did answer most of my mails. The last time they did not, they have still managed to solve the problem (shipment to wrong address). All in all, I am happy with their service and especially by their items labeled as "bargain".
