Camera Insurance

Hi all, got my new d-slr and wondered about getting insurance against accidental damage,loss,theft.. just something that will give me peace of mind if anything needs repairing..

What insurance companies are the best value for money when it comes to cameras..?

I've seen a few sites and premiums are in the £25-£30 per year..

Anyone found a cheaper insurer..?

thanks

My quote on all risk insurance for my camera gear, non-professional, is $1.50/$100 per annum. This is for replacement cost. So here in Canada, the rate is 1.5% of declared value. This is as a rider to my household policy.
