Time Stacking

I came across this tutorial and thought that it was interesting - a type of a single "frame" timelapse. You can also use the same technique in other instances (other than landscapes). I stumbled across a type of this - that I posted here a while ago.

That is really, really cool! I love the one with the wind turbines that look like fluffy dandelions -- it's past impressionist and into surreal.

I really enjoy stacking sunsets and the interesting 'mosiac' it produces....I use starstax......the bonus is making a time lapse video doin this......just now discovering the 'cumulative' feature to make an additional time lapse video......It's so cool to get many different options and final products from a 30-40 minute interval session......have many posted on youtube and flickr
