Photoshopped or not?

I am utterly confused by this picture. Could someone tell me what is going on?

The trees show ripples too. I think it was turned 180 degrees - upside down. That is very disorienting in pictures which make sense upside down. Cheaper SW that PS could have been used!

That bed of weeds to the left on the version uploaded by Boris seems to be growing rather strangely.

Without a doubt, the first thing that popped out for me was the mallards reflection doesn't match with the direction of the light in the photo not to mention it's so sharp and in focus.

If you look at the very top of the flipped image that Boris posted you can see where the reflection begins against the stonework and the weeds growing in the water.
