I think it's broken?

I have a K100d that today started to malfunction. It was working fine, until I changed lens. Then went to shoot, the shutter started firing and would not stop. Almost like continuous shooting mode, but much faster. I changed back the lens and tried again and the same thing occurred. I am not sure what to do. Is there something I can take a look at or should I send it to service

Please help
Tom

change the batteries.

i sent my ist*D to the shop when it was doing that. they sent it back with some regular maintenaince but said that they couldnt find the problem and couldnt repeat the malfunction.

everytime it happens now, i switch batteries and go back to work.

That was one of the first things that I did. I'm going to leave the batteries out of it for a night and see if it will be fine tomorrow. Thank you for your suggestion mitch.

Systems of a bad contact. You may want to try to clean the contacts on the body where the lens contacts match. Good luck.
