Request from fellow forum members...

As everyone knows (or should know ), mother's day is sunday...and i have a gift idea in mind, and I need help if anyone is willing. My wife has nicknamed my son 'goose.' So, what I'd like to do, is to get three 6x6 pictures and a three picture frame...the first two pictures of real ducks, and the third of my son 'goose.' And then I'll wait to see if she gets it (duck, duck, goose).

Anyway, i don't have any pictures of ducks, and it's raining here through the weekend and won't be able to get any good shots. Would anyone out there be willing to lend me 2 different closeup shots of ducks?

Any help would be appreciated!

i sure will...just need some pics of some ducks. I would hate to have to use internet pics. But if it comes to that, i could use them as placeholders just to give the gift sunday and then get some real pics of ducks to put in the frames in the future.

Here is a pic of the 'goose' that my dad captured with the 43mm f/1.9 limited. It's pretty magical...I still have no idea how he got this...no flash in a sunlit room

It isn't shot on a Pentax, however feel free to use the image on this web page I just ask that you give me credit for it.
There's a link to the full sized image if you need it below the pic

I have a few you might be able to use. Ducks, geese, and seagulls have been the only wildlife I've been able to capture so far this year...

I think I have plenty duck shots from practicing on a park near my place.
But I'm at work right now. I can post it to you tonight if you want.
Maybe you can give me your email if you want to print it big.

Here are a couple. I have more and if any are to your liking I can provide the full sized image so you can do your own editing.

Maxwell...these are perfect. If it would be alright with you, I'll use the third one. I will also post a picture of the framed set of pictures and I will credit you for taking the picture. If you also want me to write your name on the matte, i will do that as well. just send me the dates of the shots. Do you or does anyone else have another one like the third one with the duck standing up? Thanks again guys, I really appreciate the help!

If you are interested I could try and get a picture of grey goose with some young chickens, there a many of them here. Somewhat hard to get close to though.

Send me a PM if you want me to put in some work tomorrow.

DWS1117, that second one is perfect, plus maxwell's third shot. Can you send me an email with that pic in it? Daniel.Locurcio@westonsolutions.com.

I'm only looking to do a 6x6 or smaller (4x6). Thanks!!!

Here is the link to the large size on my Flickr page. If you would like the original file then I would be happy to forward it along.
