Definitely!

From the names, you will know it is full fame lens or not . For sigma, DG means ff and DC means aps-c. For Tamron, DI means ff.

The Sigma site shows this one as full frame: 105mm F2.8 EX DG OS HSM Macro
Haven't had time to check Tamron's web site.

Sigma lenses with a DG are designed for DSLRs and cover a FF sensor. DC lenses are for APS-C.

Tamron lenses with a Di are designed for DSLRs and cover a FF sensor. Di II lenses are for APS-C.

Not at all. The truth is that there is no aps-c only macro lens for Pentax :-)

Isn't the 35mm f2.8 macro aps-c?

Yeah, every brand writes whether their lenses are full frame on crop, you just have to find out what the designation is.
Except Pentax of course, since all current Pentax digital cameras are crop. So some DA lenses are compatible with film/full frame, and all DFA, FA, and older lenses are.

One more reference for current DA lenses, listing whether they are FF or not, is here:

And here is a list of FF lenses from Pentax as well as third party:
