I usually adjust WB in-camera, so that way I don't have to mess with it too much in PP or if I'm off by a small amount I can adjust it.

I never thought about setting it at 5000K in camera, I will try that. I usually shoot raw and either auto wb, or if consistent light source set it for that. If I am doing a lot of shooting in one place with mix lighting then I will use the coffee filter method to set the wb in camera. I make my final adjustments if needed in Lightroom.
