Toronto Pentaxian Meeting - June 29th

Thanks Daniel,

"The current set up is Jun 29 Sunday noon time at Tim Horton Scarborough Town Centre food court (with lot of freeparking and on TTC) . Right on for car free Pentaxians. The location is also right on 401/McCowan for car owner.

I believe the final destination after brief meetup of an hour shall be Toronto Zoo (likely all should carpool) or Guild Inn nearby. We will decide on the spot.

Zoo is great but pricey ($20+$10 parking). Guild Inn is a lot smaller though. Google both locations if you are not familiar with each of the suggested destinations , form your opinion and vote. Both the Guild In and Zoo are 10 minutes drive from Scarborough Town Centre.

If you volunteer as a model or you are bringing in one, let us know.
If everyone agree, we can also do some little lens swap also."

Please also leave a post here so we know how many ppl are interested, so far I've got:

vizjerei, I know you've gone to a lot of trouble to try and get this going. Is it maybe the wrong weekend with the holiday?

Hehe I guess so, must be because of the Canada day holidays where lots of activities are going on

If it' just the 4 of us that's fine with me. Just too bad everyone seems so busy this coming weekend. I'm still up for this and the TO Zoo sounds great. I'll have my FA*300 with me and anyone can give it a try if they like

I understand it is hard to pick a date that works for everyone

( I have past exp. for organizing event for my friends before), so I don't really mind that.

I would love to try your FA* 300 for sure

I am bringing 50-135 and my primes i guess since they are so small anyways
