I don't know about most people but I disagree. Some people may have a better natural eye, but composition 'rules', like any art, can be learned and take study and practice to be good at. Understanding lines, visual weight, rule of thirds, repetition, shapes and forms, textures and patterns and all the other elements of design takes a lot of study. If good designers were all "born with it" I guess we would not need university courses in art and design, right?
Try The Photographers Eye by Michael Freeman or Learning to See Creatively by Bryan Peterson. Not video but both very good books.
For video try
https://www.creativelive.com/ for paid courses or just search youtube. There is enough video on youtube to keep you busy for centuries
