I need Help finding Pentax 1000

Hello everyone, I am very new to this forum and I'm really not a photographer. However, I have a very good friend that recently had to make an emergency move and lost her pentax 1000 in the move. It is what she did her art with and I would really like to find her another one. I have heard that they are no longer in production but surely there has to be one out there somewhere that someone is willing to give up. Please let me know if you have one or know where I could find one. It would make one very fine lady very, very , happy.

I assume you mean K1000.
