Today/this week I'm carrying a Voigtlander Bessa 66, a Gossen Pilot, and an extra roll of 120 Fuji 160S.
Just a thought, but maybe you could post a picture of the equipment you listed above. It is a very cool little camera; folks could get an idea of what it looks like.

I try.
K20D + sigma 18-50 and a 70-300 and my macro conversion lenses.
I miss a day or three every week, which usually end up to deliver the most oppertunities as murphy would have it.
Just crime in South Africa is of such a nature that getting stabbed in the face for something even resembling a passport is possible, so I my gear along when Im travelling in safe areas.

I only bring my K10D with grip and lenses on specific shoots. Normal days, I either bring my K100D + 16-50, or ME Super + Viv 28/2.8. Recently though, I find myself bringing the ME Super more, since it fits in my small sling bag together with my celphone and wallet. I'm anxiously awaiting the upcoming K2000D(?) to see if it can replace my ME Super as a portable, non-obtrusive, walkaround...

About 90% of the time I have my K10D, 55-300 with me. The other 10% of the time is when I see great shots, reach for my camera and its not there

Yes I do.

Pentax K100D,
18 to 55 mm Kit lens,
Tamron Adaptall 80 to 210 mm CF Tele Macro,
Pentax SMC DA 12 to 24 mm F4ED
Raynox 250 Super Macro Conversion lens.

Various small accessories such as remote release.
Cleaning kit. Note book. Filters. Adaptor rings. I.D. card. Extra memory card. Sandwich. Apple.

All are crammed into a LowePro Slingshot 200 AW bag with a little room to spare.
With my camera and one lens around my neck the bag is a -pleasure to carry. When fully loaded it is still easily portable.

In my car I always have a Slik 333 AF Sport tripod with AF 2100 Pistol Grip head and a no name monopod.
The camera and pods have quick releases.

I also compartmentalized a plastic box about 12"x18"x6"with foam. It holds my camera and lenses on the seat beside me. It is held securely with the seat belt while allowing quick access, without fumbling, to its contents when the lid is removed.

At the moment I have my M42 gear in my Slingshot 200AW (that I just purchased).

In it I have the following:
K10D + charger + card reader
Assorted Super Takumars below:
28mm f/3.5
35mm f/3.5
55mm f/1.8
85mm f/1.9
105mm f/2.8
135mm f/3.5
200mm f/4
Also Zenitar K-mount 16mm f/2.8 Fisheye (with filter case and filters)
Assorted UV Haze and Polarisers with step rings for the Super Taks
Giotto's Rocket Blower
Lens cleaning tissues and solution.
Spare M42 adaptor.

And there's still more room in there as well

My AF kit is in my other shoulder bag ... it's looking rather empty now that I have the 2nd bag now.
