I doubt a lot of what you've just said, Panonski.

In fact, I don't really know where to start. I'll simply say that you will learn by experience which of these things are right and which are not, so good luck with your shooting.

Photography is an expensive hobby, but practice costs nothing.

Well I think clackers is right... some things you have backwards.
It's quite late here, and I've had my fill of work for the day, as soon as I have a moment I will try and write in greater detail.

There's some great advice here already.

Shoot RAW - learn to like it, and the processing afterwards
ISO 3200 is fine if needed
Shutter speed at least 1/250
Open the lens up and follow focus with back button AF or manual if your skills are up to it (mine aren't all the time )
I agree with Brooke about timing rather than spray and pray.
Punches (and the reaction to them) are much more interesting than clinches.

Champ, I shoot action, low-light and action in low-light already. If you don't want to listen to other people, fine.
