"Men Love Dolls"

Uploaded the final retouched photos for the series "Men Love Dolls" for the Fall edition of "Spring" Magazine Paris. There are 6 double page spreads.

Those photos are gorgeous. I loved the postprocessing of them, sort of desaturation of background / saturation of the models (very approximately described) It brings interest to the models without loosing any detail of the decorum.

By the way, where were shot those picture ? It look to me like some run down mansion from North of France or maybe Belgium.

These are just too cool. The girl(s?) really do look like dolls, complete with stiff ankles and everything. The attention to the small details to make them look doll-like is astounding. Awesome. I can't wait to see your next crop of shots. Your work is very inspiring. Thank you for sharing it.

It is a chateau just 50 kilometers south of Paris. The owner is renovating it. It is on 40 hectares of land.

Ben, remember those old stereo vision toys called Viewmaster's that gave images a 3D appearance. These images remind me of the surreal series in my old Viewmaster. Simply incredible. I'd love to see them in 3D!
