Can Anyone ID this Vintage Macro Rig?

My friend's Dad had his laying around his house in Denmark - we had a ton of fun hooking it up to my K5, but we're not sure exactly which lens it is.

Any idea exactly what lens this is? I plan on tracking one down for myself!

Sorry for the upload issues with these pictures, guys (see below). I'm still learning my way around the forum.

Can anyone help me ID this vintage macro rig? - Album on Imgur

What does the lens say on the front?

It looks like the bellows 100mm f4 on one of the auto bellows rigs (K, M, or A)

But the lens should say that on the front, as should the bellows...

Dual cable - definitely one of the Auto Bellows K/M/A. The name plate on the front foot will tell you which. Note the A bellows only comes with one set of scales to go on top. Asahi eliminated the scale for the 55mm lenses.

This appears to be a M42 screw-mount Pentax Auto Bellows ll that has a M42 conversion ring mounted to a small Pentax extension tube so that it will accommodate the K-mount bodies. The lens appears to be a M42 screw-mount, fixed-focus, 100mm bellows lens.

Bellows are either late Pentax Auto Bellows M or early Pentax Auto Bellows A.
Adapter on back standard is early Pentax Extension tube #1 (no auto aperture lever)
Lens is a Pentax Bellows 100 F4
