Macro It's taken the longest time ! ( K-M-A 100 F4 )

It has taken a few years to assemble the K-M-A 100mm F4 lenses ..

The M lens is easy to find , the A lens is some what harder , and as for the K lens (?) wow finding a clean one ? not easy .. But at last ...

Hehehehehe , really freaked me out just how far away from the subject I had to be to use the lens ..
I kept going in way too close over and over again only to have to pull way back .
My K10 has a split screen in it and it works amazingly well with 50mm lenses allowing one to just nail the focus ..
Larger lenses make the split screen very hard to use , making eye position critical to see the split screen correctly ..
This unfortunately makes things tedious , and for those with longer lenses , I would not recommend a split screen ( at least not the one I have ) ..
On the other hand if you run with a 50mm lens , the one I have ( cheap ebay job ) is amazing and works well allowing me to nail focus almost 100% of the time ( with @ 50 )

So here is a sample shot ( yeah the best one ) .. I might have to shift over to a K20 to get away from the split screen .. ( Yeah I might do that )
