That's a Class 2 card, the slowest one of all.

I think this is a better deal

I've got an Apacer 8GB Class 6 SDHC from MSY. (Class 6 is a faster SDHC speed class than Class 2)

Best Prices On Quality Parts

There are some MSY branches in NSW:
NSW Auburn and (CBD) Ultimo Branch Open 7 days and extend working hours on Saturday-Sunday 10:30am - 4:00pm

NSW Chipping Norton Branch (Under Local Council Regulations This Branch Only Serve Email & Phone Ordering Customers)

I used this card successfully first in a K100D Super & now in a K20D. Any faster speed (Sabdisk III Extreme) would not make a great difference in these cameras. They're not speed demons. A high end card might transfer a bit quicker in a SD card reader-to=PC, but the speed's not bad as it is. Don't use the direct camera mini-USB-to-PC transfer approach - it's slower than taking out the card and putting in in a cheap SD read (got that from MSY as well).

Current cost of the Apacer 8GB is $32 AUD, while the Apacer 16GB is $68 AUD.

I've also got 3 x 2GB Apacer SD cards. 2 are "Photo" grade (60x) used in other cameras and 1 is "Mobile" grade used in a digital audio recorder. None have given me any problems.

Apacer is Acer's memory products brand. You've probably heard of Acer.

Dan.

amazon, newegg and other have many 8gb cards for $15 and under. As someone before said, with a k100 and apparenly newer pentax models, getting a ultra2 or ultra3 or any of those "fast" cards has almost no advantage. I had an ultra 2 and a couple other 150x speed cards and the double or triple cost was not worth the performance increase...
