I have them on my external hard drive and flickr. I would like to start posting picture on my own web hosting. Does anyone know an inexpensive software that I can use to create a web gallery? I know Photoshop or a lot of other web publishing applications will do that but I'm looking for something similar to what flickr or Pentax photo gallery is using.

Most of my digital shots live on my hard drives and backup DVDs. The ones I really like get Photoshopped, sometimes "straight" and sometimes with loads of "artistic" work with my Wacom tablet and filters collections. I then print these at 11x14 or 12x18 on my 13" Epson; I give framed prints away to family and friends, and occasionally exhibit them locally. Most of these prints also get a copy in my portfolio. A few dozen have wound up in a folder accessed by the screensaver program on my Macs, and also reduced in size and copied to my Palm computer to show to interested folks.

I've transferred mine to USB memory sticks that I carry around. Some landscape shots I use as background and screensavers at work and change them periodically.

All of mine get printed; some 8x10, bigger, etc. I have 'cork' boards all over. A lot of them end up on my walls. I stre them in photobucket and Facebook. All my negatives get scanned into my computer. I have back ups on 1 TB external drives. The negatives themselves get stored in special box of drawers and cataloged.
