209 Euro, sounds cheap, maybe someone fluent in german should look deeply in the desciption, but seems fully functionnal.

The auction description starts with a product description, apparently from some Tamron website, toting the lens grouping, a coating to reduce chromatic abberation, and the Tamron Adaptall system which allows the lens to mount to almost any camera brand. It doesn't say what type of mount is included.

The "Rechnung" on the side says the price is in Euros and incudes the VAT, but offers to remove the VAT if not applicable. The "Bezahlung" below that talks about the shipping method & price, including instructions to select the destination below and a comment to pay attention to shipping class (Versandklasse) listed in the middle directly under the picture. The "Versand" on the opposite side says they can combine shipping of multiple items purchased within a five day period and that packages ship through either the German mail or DHL. The "Zustand" below that says the item was tested or inspected.

Back to the main page, the entries just below the picture say the item has some scratches, wear, and even some signs of heavy use, but appears to work well and the glass is good (clean). The rest says the item ships only with what is shown in the picture, that VAT cannot be removed without a picture ID as required by law, and that they will send email within two hours of the auction close, containing exact shipping and other, and that you should only use the link in that email (not the "Pay Now" option) to conclude the deal.

The rest is a lot of long-winded legal stuff covering their rear-end from just about anything and everything. The vendor has a lot of positive reviews, so perhaps the rest can just be ignored - at least until something goes wrong (at which point, you'll probably need a lawyer to explain all the legal mumbo jumbo).
