Samsung customers service

this is my friend's blog he just had a very bad luck with samsung.
to be honest I have a samsung TV in my living room that I love.
but that kind of customers service does not give a big company like samsung a good name.

I think you summed it up in your very first sentence.....bad luck. Only 3 months in with my Sammy, but HOT DAMN so far! Though I have heard of some support issues (mostly cluelessness) with things like printers and such.

I've had a Samsung LCD since 2005. Love it.
I've had a Samsung LCD TV since January. More than impressed with it.
I'm looking at another Samsung LCD as I type this bought in December. It's ok with adjustments.
I see a new 40" Samsung LCD my brother just bought. Same series as my TV.

I'm a very satisfied Samsung customer. When I'm going to buy a nicer TV in the 42-46" category, I'm probably only going to look at Samsung.
