I have the K10D, identical to the K20D in the context of this discussion, and I think it's just about right; the other mid-ranged bodies such as the 30/40D, D70/80 also feel okay and I think it's probably just a matter of getting used to them. The 5D I've played with felt a bit big, but once again I think it's something I could get used to.

I've handled some of the entry-level cameras, e.g KM/K2000, D40, 400D, and they felt too small, and especially in the Canon's case, very plasticy. On the other hand, looking at the D3 and Canon 1 series, I'm glad I'm not lugging them around everywhere.
