Need help to submit to PPG!

I got the invite to submit to PPG last time and I've created the account.
But now I have lost the link to it.
How can I go to that link?

If I go to PPG website, I couldn't find the link to submit therefore I have to submit a request for invitation again.

Can someone please help?
