Wow, that's a very creative use of a K100D... It seems a camera can operate pretty well when its innards are filled with mineral oil. Who'da thunk it?

Did you have to adjust the mirror mechanism? I would imagine that the density of the oil would interfere with the movement.

I presume they just removed the mirror: no need for it down there: I read some of the things, apparently they even took the shutter out.
