I tried to join the site flickr, but every time I try to even go on that site my PC freezes . So is there another site I can use? Lori

Google album is another option, which you can link with picasa and is quite convenient.

http://www.23hq.com/ looks nice, but I haven't tried it..

But you should get your computer fixed - try using another internet browser, like firefox or Chrome...

firefox is better anyway. IE is full of bugs and holes. I've found Firefox is much quicker and more stable as well
