Yes please; prices in the Lens Review give a ballpark average but aren't always indicative of price trends because those include both new and used prices.

I'm very new here and I admit I've been baffled by the "Completed Sales" folder containing items without prices as sold.

I guess it shows WHEN lenses traded hands, right? But doesn't do much good as a basis as a pricing guide when trying to research how much should be paid.

And because I am so new, I really need more information about used lens prices. Ebay prices seem to be ridiculously high, particularly on some "Buy it nows" but there are few resources for determining pricing.

As noted just above, the pole is like 10 million for prices and 8 extremely private individuals who don't want anyone to know their business. So, I guess maybe more prices will be found in the future.

Personally, my favorite Sold Format is the red SOLD. Clear and leaves the price in place.

I've left the prices up on the stuff I've sold recently. It's uselful because our prices (that is the prices on Pentax Forum) are a bit different from other online dealers and ebay. Ours really should be the benchmark for any Pentax stuff worldwide!

Sale price is a good source of objective data that will benefit future buyers and sellers.

I've always thought leaving the prices in was a great idea, but I removed them from my earlier sales because I saw others doing it, and I thought I was breaking some unspoken rule I couldn't figure out if I left them in.

If anyone wants to know what any of my early items sold for, PM me, I'll give the price if I remember.

Well, if I where to sell and have done the deals, I'll definitely keep the prices up for future reference.
I concur, concur, and concur!
