The difference is negligible with normal sized prints. You will see a difference only in very LARGE prints. You won't even see the difference on the computer screen.

Just set the infinity symbol to the aperture you are using.

No, not really. You need to factor in the crop factor of 1.5 for DSLRs'

I wouldn't worry about that, since DOF is larger (deeper?) with an APS-C sensor than FF sensor.
