Maybe a silly question...

I just got my K10D (look in photo samples for my first photos!

) but I have maybe a silly question in Av mode I had changed the setting for the adjustment dials to be ISO in the front and Aperture in the back, but now there is no shot counter in the LCD on top, only place I can find a counter is in the viewfinder (which is fine) but only for a few seconds after I take a shot!

Is there a way to get the camera to display the shots remanning with out taking a picture? I haven't found a way yet and the manual only tells for default settings.

LOL!! I'm at work but I don't have my camera with me, but now I feel silly!

That's not silly :-) The Ok button can always give you surprises!

It seems that "my camera will do what???" is a common expression for a pentaxian. Even after several years of using that particular camera.
Btw: you can reset the exposure compensation by holding the EC button and pressing the green button. GB can also give you surprises. (maybe you already knew that; I didn't)
