I know and I hope (fingers crossed) there are other Pentax users here in UAE. I just dont know if they have heard of this site.

Well, the last time I visited the Dubai-duty free (that was last April), I didn't saw any Pentax/Samsung DSLR.

Living in Ajman, working in Dubai. Grew up in the Emirates. I'm a casual photographer.

Pentax K-30. Lenses: 18-55 WR, 18-135 WR, 40mm f2.8 XS.
Sony RX-100.
Canon S95.
Canon D20 (water proof).

There were only two transactions I made with them. One was to fix the SD card slot and the other is when I bought my battery grip for my K-5. After that, I started ordering from B&H or Adorama for my needs.

Yep I did order my K-50 from adorama but when things get heavy and pricey, tax and shipping via ARAMEX could be a PITA though, and Salam Studio does not even lower their prices by the way, they want you to pay full retail which kinda sucks..anyone knows or even went to this Sigma Lens Dealer named MK trading in Dubai?

Haven't heard of MK Trading, though there are a few shops in Ghubaiba (near bus terminal) selling Sigma and even Pentax lenses, a bit cheaper but takes a little bit of haggling.

Pentaxino, really in Ghubaiba? Yes I have seen those shops and I thought they did not sell any pentax gear, where I mean which name of the store that carries lenses compatible to our gear? MK trading is the Sigma Authorised Dealer. I believe they are located backside of the Rolex Twin Towers in Deira, last time I went it was friday and I remember it is closed, did not even get to see the shop as to where it is but I did manage to visit their booth in GITEX few weeks back!

Yes, in Ghubaiba 3-5 mins walk from the bus terminal, situated at the corner of Al Nahda St and Al Raffa St. I do not have the name of the shop but it is somewhat jam-packed, not well-lit and lot of salesman at the counters.
