They have been available in the UK for several years and have won several awards. They are a very basic macro/shift lens with plastic lenses on the bottom of the range lenses but the top of the range does get glass. I have been thinking of getting one for some time for the fun aspect of them but I am not expecting to get brilliant optical results but compared to a 'proper' shift lens they are super cheep. Come to think they are very cheep for a lens full stop at about £70 so should be even cheaper in the US.
