Anyone have any idea what this is?

Don't want to open it in case it's valuable (kinda doubt it, though). Looks like a strap of some kind.

Strap of either a camera or a lens case.
I would not open the bag and sell it on eBay.. collectors may pay a good price for that
you do not really need it

It looks like a lens case strap. I have many K series lens cases with the same strap.
