Photo framing programs

Does any one know of any photo framing programs that would be available in freeware that work with photo shop cs3 I had one before I switched from CS2 to CS3 but lost it when I installed CS3. I can't remember the name either. It was a plugin but for the life of me I can't remember who even had the download. Any ideas or links would be great.

Did you mean something like the edges plug in by FX Software?

Thanks Joe for the reply. It looks like a great program but It's not the one I had. Sorry. The one I had was a plug in you were able to choose the style of frame and add your name into it. I'll see if I can find an example of it and post it maybe some one will recognize it.

Thats the one. Thank you sooooo much. I just took a look at the requirements and I find it won't work with CS3.

I guess I'm going to have to shop around for a new program.
