Places to Photograph!

The purpose of this thread is to create a resource (Tourists, Squids, Homies, whatever you are) for shooting locations.

In other words, if you live near a major town or National Park...anything that attracts tourists...please post here locations to visit to photograph.

I'll start.

I'm from Chicago. Here's my list.

1. Millenium Park
2. Sears tower
3. Lagrange Forest Reserve
4. Navy Pier
5. Downtown in general
6. Oak Park (Downtown)

If a lot of people respond, I am hoping to have this made into a sticky.

Have fun!

1) Balboa Park
2) Downtown (Gaslamp District)
3) Coronado Island
4) La Jolla Cliffs/Cove/Shores
5) Torrey Pines Cliffs/Trails
6) Soledad Memorial

The State of Utah

I've made two trips in past couple of years to that state. The first covered Zion NP, Bryce NP, Capitoal Reef NP, and Cedar Breaks NM.

Just returned from Arches NP and Cayonlands NP. And this was not the best time of year to be in the area.

I've gotten a really high ratio of keepers to duds on these two trips - much more than I normally do.

And we do want to go back for more. I know that there are more great photos to be taken there.

I live half way up the northern side of the Catalina Mountain range northeast of Tucson. Good photo opportunities exist just outside my door and beyond. Arizona has just too much to list here.
