All the Physics stuff seems so pointless. I also think that this seems to massively over complicating things, taking a photo should be simple and spontaneous.

So, if it's pointless and gets in the way of you taking photos somehow, don't read the thread maybe? (Sincerely meant.)

But at least some of us are apparently able to do both!

Photography can be spontaneous but is it good? The better you understand the better you be.

yeah, i don't think rpar is saying photography shouldn't be spontaneous or simple. infact i think it should be both. but either way, every photo you take, conciously or not, you'll be defining each of these variables, which is pretty amusing to think about.

good thing we don't have to record them as well
