Duck Series Part II
Lens: DA*300/4

Thanks to those who will comment on those pictures.
I already know a few wrong things on each one and, of course, any critique will be appreciated.
One important thing I have noticed is that the photos here do NOT look as sharp and detailed as when seen on my computer screen from the originals. Those here look very "soft" and lacking contrast, even OOF. I don't know why this is.
I have put the EXIF info for each photo because all were different, and taken with two different cameras.
There are three (3) photos here; I didn't want to have to start several threads; instead they are all here.

Thank you!

JP

Photo 1: K7; DA*300/4; 1/320s; F8; spot metering; Av.
Photo 2: K20D; DA*300/4; 1/1000s; F8; spot metering; Av.
Photo 3: K20D; DA*300/4; 1/1000s; F8; spot metering; Av.

is it just me or does pic number 2 make you want some roasted duck???

love the pics.
i would consider cropping some of the empty space just to tighten things up a bit. great shot and love the action.

Thanks for th reply!
Indeed, a bit too much space (again) in front of the birds.
I am going to try cropping that a bit and also replace those pictures with better ones which don't look so "soft", i.e.: I will replace the exact same photos with those from "My Albums" ... hope this works.

JP
Edit: I replaced the previous photos with those in "My Albums" and they seem to be sharper now.
