The contrasting colors as well as the background are interesting, but the photo is boring as-is, even though it has great potential. There's one thing in the middle, and then two others only there to distract your eye. This would work extremely well as a bullseye shot, because of the vignetting, colors, and pleasing background, but you'd need to get rid of the other two puffs! They're ruining everything

A bold image, but indeed the small subject placed right in the middle doesn't make for a compelling photo. Cropped, it may be a significant improvement, but is better framed as such when taking the shot originally.

The detail and texture do come out reasonably well here, and the perspective is quite acceptable - it's all to the composition now, so keep at that aspect of your photography and you'll see drastic improvements.
