I really enjoy the colors here. They are very rich. Nice textures of the petals. I like the background leaf patterns as well. They complement the flower.

Some improvements:

1. Technically I would clone out the small amount of blurred green leaf that crosses over the petals on the right side. It distracts by virtue of being the only instance. During the setup of the shot, the leaf could have been cut away or moved back I assume?

2. I would also remove the white-ish coloring on that same petal. I don't know if it is faded color or glare, but it can be healed, or cloned, or burned in.

3. I also would like to see the flower presented with a smaller aperture for greater depth of field. Maybe even turned more towards the viewer. The background leaves could be burned and blurred to lower the resulting detail of the DOF.

Overall a very lovely and well-executed photograph.

About the leaf, I actually didn't notice the leaf while shooting. The whitish color is actually the underside of the petal.
