A nice image of a pretty young lady. But now to the critique:
1. The title doesn't suit the portrait at all. There's no depiction of Vegas here, so I'd suggest renaming it.
2. The composition isn't quite right. Her feet are chopped off whilst there is empt space above her head in the frame. Also, the image isn't straightened - if this was intentional, it should be made more obviously so that the angle is more in the order of 20-30 degrees off level.
3. Exposure is decent but there is significant light fall off from her knees to her face - if this was taken under downlighting, she should have been positioned one or two steps down so that the strongest intensity of light falls on her face rather than her legs.
4. The exposure settings could have been set slightly differently. ISO 3200 is unnecessarily high where ISO 1600 would have sufficed without any noticeable blur, particularly when you're capturing a static subject.
Sharpness is good, though and the subject is portrayed quite sweetly.
Nice result.
