I really like the composition here and the visible motion in the background, but why's the other bike blurry? Was he going that much faster?

Good panning here.
This image is in need of a good cropping!
The small and centrally located subject makes the photo too boring compositionally.
The subject needs to stand out, be more of a feature in the image, and create interest in the viewer.
As is, it does not do any of these things.
But well done on capturing a reasonably sharp, action shot.

thank you... yes the one withthe green bike is slightly faster then the blue one thats why its also blurry....

ok... thanks for the comment next time i will try to give it more excitement...
