very cute... but since it is in the critique section I am going to comment... subject matter... touching... but what is the odd bar of light (redish) coming from her head? And did you try softening this? Her face is well rendered, but a little softness sometimes is nice in such an image...

A good family moment captured - I agree that it's not appropriate for C&C, too personal a shot.

Yeah...! the content is private but I wanted have CC for technique and the concept. Since there is a very high demand professionally for family photography, I made my first experiments on my own family...

The light on her is to direct. Did you use flash? (bounce against ceiling or diffuser might help - other options kill spontaneous aspect of many pictures)
- posing of kid is just great

Yes I used Metz 48 AF-1 and exactly did what you're saying; bounce against ceiling with diffuser.. I think if I'll make enhanced tones a bit smoother with ps proprocessing, It may help. thx for CC

my only "C&C" is - i just don't like the frame you've added to the image
it adds complexity to this quite touching moment

You sure you didn't type the title wrong and it was supposed to say "My son gives a kiss to my hot wife".....
