Took this hand-held leaning against a light pole. Wish I had a tripod with me. Could only imagine what this shot would have looked like the WTC in the background.

Lucy, you said it - this image suffers from significant camera shake - even at this low resolution.
Unsalvageable.
Nevertheless, there looks like a picturesque scene here, particularly if you carried a wide angle lens with you and came in closer to have some of that grass out of the frame, yet be able to fill the frame with the buildings.
