The first one is very nice, I wouldn't really recommend that you change anything in it, but the second one needs some work, although I would probably just ditch that one. The out of focus branches on the right side distract far too much from the dragonfly, and you can barely make it out in the scene, let alone it being the focus of the photo.

#1 - boldly captured - could have been cropped to improve impact IMO, both from the left and right to create more of a square frame. Watch the blown highlights.
#2 - subject is far too small - it's lost in the background clutter and central composition. I'd suggest at least a heavy crop and eliminate the reflections.
