Pretty good capture of them in action. Just watch the awkward finger position of the guy in the hat, and the reflection of the 3 circles behind the vocalist. They probably all could be stamped out/corrected later if you wanted. Easier to watch the captures when taken, though.

Black and white was a good choice here. If you had to have a photo from the gig, then this will suffice.
If you are looking for something promotional or just well done, then I'd suggest you try again.
A few issues:
-Only the lead singer is somewhat sharp; the other band members are not only fuzzy, but they could look a lot better. Plus we don't even know how they contribute to the band. Your goal is to tell a story here.
-The angle of view of the lead singer is not flattering. The double chin could be better avoided by shooting her more centered and from above.
-I would get the whole band better framed with a wider angle perspective.
-Try ISO 3200 and a faster lens. 1/25 is too slow for people. Use a tripod too if you can. If they allow flash, use that too.

This isn't a bad result at this resolution - it's tough under those conditions to get adequately sharp images, and the previous comments are spot on. There is also a lot of negative space wasted in the image, and a change in perspective with the trio slightly more square on with the lens may have improved this whilst getting more of them in focus.

It is a good black and white conversion with good definition, I would have liked to have seen more of the musician on the right and reduce the blank area on the left. I do appreciate that concert shots can be difficult though.

Sorry, I didn't notice your settings above. So ignore that one part, and using f2.8 would have helped slightly. But my comments still stand otherwise. The issues with the image are aesthetic as well as technical in nature.
