This image you've posted features nice colours.
To improve your results, consider the content of your frame - compose the image with a bold subject, focusing in on that, and have a background that complements, rather than competes with or detracts from, the subject.
Be weary also of excessive unnecessary negative space in the frame (bottom of image) - it adds little to the value of the scene.
