That's great news about your print and I'm happy it's looking fine.
Did you have to crop much to fit the 5x7 dimension? I'm fan of 6x9 because it maintains the 3:2 aspect ratio.

I cropped out approximately 2/3 of the original leaving a 7.5x5 inch picture resized at 360ppi for printing.

I'd just crop a little of the sky off, but it's excellent as-is.
