This is a shot with some possibilities, for sure! But first of all I would remove the dust specs in the sky...
Second, I would darken the sky, to work out the clouds....

Yep. Drop the exposure some and bump the midtones with curves.

I miss Thailand! Wonderful amazing beautiful country! (and cheap too)

I love the colors in this photo and its a great photo.

Also this photo is very helpful for me if you can resubmit it after everyones suggestions and explain how you did it.

Without a graduated ND lens I often have the same problems where my sky is wicked over exposed to get my lighting on the subject right.

If someone can explain how to fix this in post work and I could see some before and after shots that would be awesome!

Intriguing shot of the 4 boats. You have a good eye for what will create interest.

Could be improved by straightening the horizon and cropping everything to the left of the yellow boat on the left. Ideally it would benefit from getting rid of all the boats other than the 4 in front, but that's more photoshop than I'm capable of.

Thanks for all the critics and suggestions,I also want to make the sky bluer,and the cloud brighter,But I'm not good at PS,so....
