Not sure what critique you're after here, but this image does appear to be a quick snapshot of a guy coming out of dirty water/mud. Whilst the B&W conversion is quite effective, the scene itself is unimpressive.

If mud is the subject, please consider cropping down severely from the top and also a bit from the right.

I tend to agree with Ash above, but compositionally you might improve it somewhat if you crop the top 25% and the right side up to his hand.

Thanks guys, I'm trying to get a hang of using my manual lenses and this one come out pretty sharp.

Remove the Copyright, it is distracting. The photos on here are automatically protected but you can check, to be sure. Also cropping tighter and renaming it something like "Annual Mud Battle on Florida Campus" may better explain the subject. It is a snapshot and creates a record for you. That should be satisfying. It may make the Yearbook on the account, as a snippet.
