Thank you for posting this beautiful image.

On my monitor, it appears the tugboats are not in the sharpest focus. I might prefer to have that be the sharpest point of focus.

I hope to see more of your photos.

I meant that the boat could be rocking due to the motion of the water and that would seem as if the image is not sharp or in focus.
