Bolivian

Frank is a cab driver in Washington. He is from Bolivia, and speaks Spanish and English. A cheerful person, he has been living in US for 13 years. He misses the beautiful mountains of Bolivia.
Frank looked like Mario (from the Nintendo game - Mario bros).

Nice photo, plenty of sharpness... and emotion in Frank's expression; perhaps removing that blue/cyan cast on the background/hair/.../ could make it even better. Did you tried on B&W?

Seems to me to be underexposed. That could come from meter averaging with the light outside. Spot metering on his face may have given better results. The reflection in his glasses is distracting and prevents seeing his right eye. A flash pointed at the roof may have helped. However, the colour of the roof material would likely have reflected onto the subject. A flash otherwise would reflect too much on his glasses. Hope these comments help with your future opportunities.

Looks like a touch of flare creeping through discolouring the hair - top part of the hair is black, which gives it away for me. But yes, given the darker skin, additional light from front would have helped this portrait immensely.
Otherwise nice 'street' capture.

Thanks all.

Sparkle - you are right, I did not use spot metering in this shot. I usually do in such conditions but I forgot to change the setting this time.

It is a bit underexposed because of the day light outside. I didn't have an external flash to use. On reviewing the picture, I took another pic of him outside the cab, in good light. But he was too concious that time. The expressions were missing.
